BRRRRRRRRR It's cold out side

I took this picture coming back from taking the boys to school...
You can see Josie...all bundled up...but look at the temp!!! ZERO
I'm ready for spring..the weather reminds me of Kyrgyzstan last year...it was colder and a lot of snow....brrrr
